Chorus Cicada

Members of the cicada family are well-known for their vocal talents. In New Zealand, the largest species is the chorus cicada. It gets its name from the loud and determined males that fill the air with their songs each summer in an attempt to attract a mate. Nature is filled with many talented musicians. Imagine if you could bring together some of those skilled music makers and form a rock band. I’m sure you have your favorite singing creature, as I said there are many. In my opinion, you would definitely want to invite the cicada to sit in on your jam session.
